Trying to take a picture of my new running top. 
I am so happy I finally invested in some quality clothing. It takes a lot for me to spend money on stuff...I tend to think, "T-shirts and shoes that are 7 years old work just fine." And that is true to a point, its not like shoes lose the ability to function as shoes over time. But I've been running at least every other day for a while now and even ran a 5k race so I figured it was time to treat myself to a new pair of shoes and some real running clothes....what a difference!!!

I do like unplanned road trips, i find it really hard to be spontanious so when it happens i dig it. I would like to think im a good travel bud, enjoying the journey is the best part.
When do you leave for you journey?
also i have been thinking about his for some time, how odd it is that you randomly found my blog and that I went to DU which happens to be one of the grad schools your looking at. coincidences like this one make me think about how the world really works.

Do you fly stright to Argentina? or do you have a layover somewhere? That has to be a long flight, but thats super exciting.
I like your weekend road trip idea, I may try this out more. how long have you been single? I can relate, I have been single now for almost 2 years. and i have my ups and downs about it. (you know what i think it is, i think its this time of year)
oddly enough (which seem to be normal between us) I am driving up to fort collins this saturday for a day. So i do have a mini road trip. Oh and a side note last random road trip i went to AZ for a week I brought the cooler full of goodeis, that is what makes me a good road trip buddy. i bring food.

I just bought a new pair of workout shorts/pants/whatever and I've definitely been to the gym more since I made the purchase. Interesting correlation.

Hey, haven't written on your blog in a while. So running shoes, it is my understanding that for running it is especially important to change your shoes on a relatively regular basis and that you should actually be aware of the mileage that you've put on them as well as what the manufacturer specifies for them. This is actually a matter of the padding and support provided by the shoe rather than traction. As running is not a zero impact sport each stride consists of a relatively powerfully impact where the pressure is essentially based on your weight and then the size of your foot. As such the padding and support slowly will get compressed and compromised, in the end the shoe is less able to support you increasing the risk of injuries.
Always care for your feet, if you do, they will carry you every where you want to go.
I would use your full name, I like it. I have had alot of nicknames, people called me by my last name, or kicker because i was a kicker for football in high school.
your bus trip sounds really fun. that will be an amazing way to see alot of argentina.
I was in love once too, about a year and a half ago. near the end we begain to hate one another and it was terrible. she taught me alot about relationships and how to handle them and alot of what not to do. so i have gotten the awesome pain that is love and heartbreak. and one thing i wish i could change was that we would have been honest with one another. that would have fixed alot of our problems.
I understand what you are putting down about fate. what do you think about the theory (not a scholarly theroy) that fate leads you to a choice then its up to you to make it. or it leads you to a point then you have to do the rest.
ill see what i can do about more 90s jokes. what about chuck norris jokes?
